20 Squats
15 Push-Ups (knees or regular)
20 Lunges (each side)

2. Fat-Burning Cardio Routine (15 minutes
Boost your metabolism and energy levels
30 seconds – High Knees
30 seconds – Jump Rope (or pretend rope)

30 seconds – Mountain Climbers
Rest 30 seconds and repeat 3 rounds----Perfect for weight loss and heart health

20 Glute Bridges
15 Tricep Dips (using a chair)
20 Step-Ups (stairs or platform)
15 Plank Shoulder Taps
20 Calf Raises
